Before you book

Good to know before you go.

Which dates does my ticket cover?

The Single-Day Ticket covers one conference day, October 10 or October 11, 2026. The Conference Ticket covers October 10–11, 2026. Conference Ticket (VIP Access) includes the same conference access plus the October 9 dinner. Choose the correct ticket in Luma before paying.

Where is the congress?

The Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York City. It is across Vanderbilt Avenue from Grand Central Terminal, about a four-minute walk. Plan travel around the dates included in your pass. Ask about accessibility or arrival arrangements if you need more information.

Where can I see the program and speakers?

Review the published program and announced speakers. The program is indicative and session details are subject to confirmation. Ask about a specific topic if it is essential to your decision.

Can my employer or team help arrange attendance?

Use the approval brief above to start an internal discussion. For team attendance or registration questions, send the event team your requirements.

Does the congress offer CME or CPD credit?

Not yet confirmed. CME accreditation has been applied for and is awaiting approval, so please do not book on the expectation of credit. Ask to be told when the decision is confirmed.

Where can I stay?

There is no congress room block, so book directly. Hotels within a short walk of the Yale Club and Grand Central Terminal include the Library Hotel (Madison Avenue at 41st Street), The Westin New York Grand Central (East 42nd Street) and the InterContinental New York Barclay (East 48th Street). These are independent suggestions, not partners; check rates and availability with the hotel.

Can I pay by invoice, purchase order or bank transfer, and will I get a receipt?

Card payments through Luma produce an emailed receipt you can submit to your employer. If your organization cannot pay by card, request an invoice, purchase order or bank transfer and the event team will reply with an invoice. Invoices are issued by Global Health Forum Inc in USD and list each attendee. Payment is due in full within 7 days of the invoice date and no later than October 5, 2026, and the sender pays all bank and transfer fees. Places are confirmed only when cleared funds arrive; unpaid invoices are cancelled. After October 5, tickets can be bought by card on Luma only. We never change bank details by email; confirm any change by phone before paying.

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, including if you cannot attend or your travel is disrupted. You may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge once: email info@globalhealthcongress.com with the new attendee’s full name and email by 5 pm ET on October 7, 2026. Tickets may not be resold. You may upgrade to VIP Access by paying the difference, subject to availability; downgrades are not refunded.

What if the program or event changes?

Program, speakers, timings and rooms may change without refund. If Global Health Forum Inc postpones the congress or moves it to another venue or format, your ticket is valid for the new arrangement. If Global Health Forum Inc cancels the congress entirely and does not reschedule it, the ticket price paid is refunded; Global Health Forum Inc is not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs. A card dispute or chargeback cancels the ticket, so please contact us first.

One question away?

Get help with your booking decision.

Ask about ticket access, a team booking, or the information you need for employer approval.
